1. Applicability
These rules apply to prepaid advisory packages listed on reasonfocus.digital where no superseding enterprise agreement exists. Enterprise contracts override conflicting clauses when explicitly stated.
2. Cooling-off window
Eligible business purchasers may cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase confirmation unless services commenced earlier with documented written waiver.
3. Full vs partial refunds
Full refunds apply when no deliverable work has started inside the cooling-off window. Partial refunds reflect unused milestones when Reasonfocus pauses after partial delivery due to client-supplied blockers documented in writing.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses already invoiced (travel booked, rush printing), bespoke datasets commissioned for your corridor, or workshops delivered are generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer statutes grant broader protections to qualifying individuals.
5. Request steps
Email hello@reasonfocus.digital with invoice references, engagement IDs, and rationale. Reasonfocus acknowledges within five business days and issues decisions within fifteen business days absent force majeure.
6. Processing timeline & method
Approved refunds post within fourteen business days via the original payment rail where technically feasible; otherwise wire instructions verified by treasury controls.
7. Cancellation & statutory rights
Clients may terminate ongoing engagements per statement-of-work termination clauses. Korean consumers retain statutory remedies including dispute mediation pathways described by the Korea Fair Trade Commission where applicable.
